Not even a month ago, I was told by my boss’s boss that there was no point in them taking the time or money to train me for a management position (because I will be leaving for grad school), but NOW THAT THE COMPANY IS DEAD AND ALL STORES WILL BE CLOSING in 6 to 8 months, now you have the freakin’  audacity to tell me you want me to move me up in the store, give me a $1.50 pay increase (from min wage) and train me for a position that will not even last two months?! it’s retarded…We have so many loyal customers and all remaining 200+ stores will by closing by 2013…*shakes my head* doesn’t make sense, especially when our economy already sucks and now, how many people are going to be without jobs because of this decision?! I used to love my job and now I’m just frustrated to Hell……the end. So glad I am escaping to Graduate school in August…
